Without such evidence we cannot guarantee to identify and allocate your payment to your record, and hence may continue to pursue you for payment.
Refund infromation
If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a conference delegate, you do have the right to cancel your booking and request a refund.
Cancellations more than three weeks before the conference will be refunded, less a small amount (60€) to cover administrative and finance costs. Cancellations after that point (21 June 2024) will not be offered a full refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds at that point will be discretionary.
